March 9th, 2024The book translated into English as The Revered Book of Five Hundred & Fifty Jataka Stories was presented to Hon. Vidura Wickremanayake, Minister of Buddhasasana, Religious and Cultural Affairs by Mr. Rajeev Gunasena, Managing Director, M.D. Gunasena and Company (Private) Limited at the ministry premises.
This book translated with great dedication over a period of 18 years consists of four volumes.
Many Doctors and Professors including Prof. Ranjani Obeysekara have contributed in translating this book into English under the supervision of M.D. Gunasena and Company (Private) Limited
