The World Peace Walk Begins …………………
April 22nd, 2026The World Peace Walk conducted in seven days through this island by precedence of Maha sangha consisting twelve monks including Ven Pagngnakara Thero has been started today in the forenoon from the historical Dambulu Raja Maha Viharaya. Hon. Nalinda Jayathissa, Minister of Health and Mass Media and Hon. Gamagedara Dissanayake, Deputy Minister of Buddhasasana, Religious and Cultural Affairs were also joined in this occasion.
